Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to provide our customers with excellent assistance and with a fair return services. To ensure our customers are satisfied with the product(s) they order, we offer a 30 day return period. Please note that digital licenses can only be refunded if this is requested via email to Support@sellixe.com within 30 days of the purchase.

Our promise is that if you contact us for help within the first 30 days of purchase and we cannot resolve your issue, we’ll provide a full refund.

All Products sold on Sellixe includes 1 year of support warranty.

We accept return when:

  • The product is defective (defective licenses will be replaced or refunded depending on customer’s choice.)
  • Please keep in mind all licenses sold by Sellixe are valid for 1 unique device and cannot be transferred (unless specified otherwise).

We do not accept return when:

  • Customer changed his mind (due to nature of a digital item, we do not allow returns for this reason).
  • Software is not compatible with customer hardware (software compatibility is entirely a responsibility of the customer).
    Example 1: purchases a windows software package for a MAC machine.
    Example 2: purchases a product suitable for windows 10 only, but has a windows 8 operating system. 

Sellixe does not take liability for any underlying local issues with the computer that could prevent the normal functioning of any software sold.

* Electronic delivery – Sellixe will send the product/license key through a manufacturer verification process to validate the product has not yet been activated or used. Once this verification process is complete and the product has passed, Sellixe will refund the purchase price of the product to the original method of payment.

We issue refunds on our products under the following terms:

1. Full refund within 30 Days if the customer received an unusable license key. The customer must first contact our support team via email, or chat to determine that the issue is with the license key and not with other factors (such as faulty installation, incorrect product installation, malware or virus corruption of system files, etc.). When contacting support, the customer should provide proof of purchase and details about the issue.

2. Full refund within 30 Days if the customer did not receive a license key at all via email. The customer should provide proof of purchase and contact support to initiate the refund process.

3. Full refund within 1 Year, if the customer is having issues with the license key after activation. The customer should contact support and provide details about the issue to initiate the refund process.

4. No refund will be given if the customer received a working license key.

To receive a refund, the buyer must contact us via email at Support@sellixe.com. The refund process typically takes 5-7 business days after the request has been approved. The refund will be in the form of a voucher that the customer can use to purchase any other product from the Sellixe store within 1 year from the voucher creation date, or the funds will be deposited back to the original method of payment.

Sellixe reserves the right to check the product key for activation details within 7 calendar days. If the test reveals that the product key has already been activated after the purchase, Sellixe has the right to refuse a refund, as the purchased service has been provided as agreed.

By placing an order on our site you automatically agree with our Return Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms at any time.
